If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Once the order has been shipped, we'll send you an order confirmation email including order details and the tracking number.
Please note that if your order includes more than one item, it will be shipped out in different packages and may not arrive on the same day. It usually takes 5-7 days for you to receive your order. However, please contact us via email at helloca@itehil.com if you have not received it within this timeframe. We'll be happy to help.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most ITEHIL packages are shipped via Canada Post,UPS . The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
